Downguage to Palboard 2mm from the leading 3mm foam PVC and find that Palboard 2mm has 15 % harder surface, is up 18% more rigid and up to 85% smoother surface. Palboard is up to 30% lighter than leading foam pvc, reducing shipping costs.
